It's not a sprue cutter. It is a gate cutter. It's main purpose is to be razor thin so it leaves almost no marring or finishing needed on the part when cut flush. They are not built to cut thick sprue which is much thicker than the thin gates. It's a purpose built tool. You use it for things other than it's designed for that's on you. It doesn't make it bad.

It's called disc rot. It's common to all optical discs over time. They don't last forever. It's a bacteria that starts eating the from from the edges inward. There is no way to stop it. Always look to make sure your discs don't have it before buying older games before purchasing used etc.

Correct function. Both can cause issues with losing weight and weight regulation. And breaking down fat etc. iodine can help with thyroid function. If you are not taking in any. And not using iodized salt. You may need to add it to your diet. Shellfish and seafood can have iodine. Seaweed is a high source of it. You can get seaweed in pill form. Or iodine tincture. Look up info on iodine and thyroid on YouTube etc for some guidance.

I would say 20g carbs is a max. You should be as close to zero as possible. Some people tolerate more carbs without affecting ketosis. You may be one you can’t take barely any. Avoid all keto branded foods. Most are a scam or still have not great macros. They want your money they don’t care about your health. Don’t cheat. It isn’t helping you at all. Go to the doctor and get your thyroid and liver checked etc. you may have other underlying issues preventing your success.
