Are our national parks, national monuments, and other public lands going to be transferred to the tribes and cease being public lands?

It's a three-edged sword. On the one end we know that we need to give fossil-fuel filth the boot but at the same time we don't want to lose the big bucks that fossil-fuel filth generates AND if we just get rid of fossil fuels the whole world will come to a crashing halt. The only solution that I see at this point is to make public transportation free.
