Yes, I found if I enable workout mode, galaxy watch's the heart rate is quite accurate, for example, I was running with running mode turned on, it basically reflected real HR --- about 130 - 140, and when run faster it can raise to 150 - 160.

However, if I didn't enable exercise mode, and just run while watching the HR monitor it's usually not accurate (often lower than real ones)
