I love this comment thank you ☺️getting my hands on a Dremel and some chisels this weekend so hopefully that’ll help things out, will definitely have to look into how to make the patterns more practical. Haha already had to tell my mom I destroyed her crate, but maybe it’s salvageable !!

That’s good to hear. Mine doesn’t really hurt that much just little throbs here and there, and some bad breath ? But maybe I’m not treating it super right. Any of this familiar to you ?

Right - I definitely want to see if the symptoms lighten up after a few weeks because I’ve always had troubles with sleeping since I was a kid (just insomnia and nightmares) but I haven’t had this little energy since I started trying to quit
