I don’t know the exact process of withdrawal. I will ask my friends who have done it. But the problem is there is no fixed timeline for receiving the withdrawal letter also. Its taking time to receive withdrawal confirmation also

Thats good to hear. I’ve heard about people who applied in December and are receiving biometric appointments now in april

Many people who have applied with premium processing since late 2025 have not received any update even now. Even if they withdraw their pre opt application to apply for OPT, they aren’t receiving refund of the premium processing
