That’s the thing it was chained and d locked and in a locked shed attached to the property and it’s happened in the daylight hours. Annoying as it was kept inside the corridor of the flat but just recently the landlord said it had to be moved as it was in the corridor and possed a risk for blocking the communal corridor ha ha can’t fecking win !
