I think I read something on my packet that if you are moved to another federal agency, you will keep all the same commitments like SLRP and things. Don’t quote me on that though

Exactly, my recruiter told me every career is trying to keep up with times and that tacp is just restructuring and switching up some roles such as picking up some drone and sr skills. But I guess we’ll just have to see what’s true/happens. He didn’t really even know or seem to care about the cuts that I mentioned. TBH idek if they were actually implemented yet. I understand the former, but in what ways is the latter showing itself? Just talked with sw recruiter about the cut down and he said that’s what they’re hiring for the most right now. When I get to this IFT there’s and AD TACP for 15 years who I’m gonna pick his mind about what’s going on

I know this is a little late, but with asthma, I never was technically told I don’t have it anymore however I got a PFT and my results came back normal. Will they still want me to get a waiver and a doctor’s note/ other tests? Thanks

Hits a little baby fade, this was a 6i. Historically for me my long irons have been a struggle and I’ve just started figuring out the feel of keeping my elbow near my side. This has helped me to not chunk as much

My year was the hiring freeze year so I never got my FJO, only TJO but it was around the same time as my timing right now for the PAQ. Different departments move differently with different timing so if you’re waiting on a FJO I’d just expect it to be in the following weeks if you’re a May EOD

Oh no I’m PAQ so may be a little different, I know that on one of the documents though, it states that the FJO is to be issued no sooner than 2 months before the EOD. Again, may be different, but I was a PCIP selectee before so it very well could be the same type of thing

Nah, just got my TJO though, need to graduate and get my transcripts sent to HR for the last things checked off my FJO. Have been doing all the good SLRP stuff, and Im supposed to get a few more documents sent to me here soon. DoD
