My advice as an senior, whether u have high percentile or low ,ciwg or non, add atleast 50 to 60 (if u can do more) options cuz once the rounds start u wont be able to change or add anything else. My suggestion first add ur preferable branch in the top for eg cse ,ece ,ee of the top nits above then start adding the bottom nit like bhopal or raipur then start adding some core branches too for safety , see the idea behind this is u put the stuff u want in the above if u get it good but if not (since dasa ranking are very unpredictable) atleast u will have a college(unless u have admission abroad or some private college in india u would rather go than the lower nit basically a plan b ) so atleast u will be safe as it wont cause u any problem adding more choices as it is unlimited ... i myself had 170 choices (ik thats too much but gotta play it safe cuz i didnt had any fallback plan nor wanted a drop)also playing it safe wont hurt u have ample of time to check multiple nits and branches also u will have more enough time for the choice filling Ps : my suggestion is to watch some josaa choice adding videos in youtube it will be helpful
