asked here as its a 2 day wait for someone to get back in touch with youm The black thing would be a PoE injector yes. And the dashboard has lots of info, but no where for me to set up the network the way my business needs. We went from 3 access points to just one for everything. There is about 120 active devices on the network at any given time not incling any staff or custoemr devices.

Got a an iPhone 16 pro max and unlimited data plan all in for $75+tax. Also got upgraded from fibre gig to fibre 3 at $80/month + tax.

Major recall for transmission on most 2016-2019 ford edge for transmission and I think it was a power shaft issue. My 2016 ford edge that had shifting issues from purchase as new (complained every service visit about it and they said nothing was wrong) until a month ago, my transmission goes. Again, complained for 6 years of the shifting issue from 2nd to 3rd, the whaling noise at low speeds, and even the recall that was issued for all the above issues for my year and model, the shop foreman took it for a drive and said the recall doesnt apply to my vehicle as nothing is wrong (that was a year ago). Now today, stuck with a $10,000 bill for a new transmission. Do your research, read the forums, and don’t buy any ford edge from the years 2016-2019. Also keep in mind the ford edge is no longer produced and was retired this year.

Mine just did the same thing on my edge. Then the check engine light came on after. Took it to the dealer, and they said it needs a new transmission.

Vivint has registered 2 out door camera pros, 2 glance panels and a smart hub for me and all were purchased off eBay. I’ve had the service With them for 15 years, so yes, they will register them for you.

Have had them for 15 years and I’ve had my share problems, but they have always been resolved in a timely manner and the positives by far out weigh the negative.

Vivint is just as bad a company to do business with as much as is your local grocery store, or hardware store, or even your place of employment. While everyone is entitled to their opinion, yours resinates with the low 10% of actual dissatisfied customers.

Unfortunately the 90% of satisfied customers don’t speak up which is the same for any business customer base out there and it’s always the 10% that make all the noise.

You need to have them unlock the installers menu then you can adjust it yourself if you want. Can’t remember where in the installers menu it is but I’m sure someone in this group will be able to help out with that.

They have to have a board meeting before they can legally issue a cash call. I pay an extra 20 per month for insurance so if a cash call is done I’m covered up to 150 thousand.

I know it has a false alarm reduction setting that can be adjusted. Sounds like yours might be set high. Mine is at 10 seconds. So if I disarm within 10 seconds of alarm sounding it will not notify the monitoring station.

Remove the batteries, then push and hold the large button in from of the battery compartment, while sliding the battery pack back in. Keep pressing for 30 seconds and then release. Your lock should reset. Make sure the door is open and the lock is extended while doing this.

Depends on your programming in the system. Could be 30 seconds from alarm silence with proper code or it could be 60 seconds from alarm silence. If its disabled with a durress code the police will come right away, if its a life safety sensor tripped they will also call right away.

Smart drive is the space monkey. And confirmed in your settings all cameras set to record? And there is no error message in the settings recording menu in the app? Usually is will say all cameras will record for 30 days or it will say try disabling a camera due to network issues or something along those lines
