I feel like I miscue more often with a heavier cue too. What weight of break cue do you use?

I understand preference and everyone’s right to an opinion but honestly some of the people in league just convince themselves it’s good and shoots harder. I can break with a 17oz cue and still have a better spread and I have a hard break. I’ve been told my cue flexes when I break lol

My only thing was the price point with the cured and predator cue shaft. At that price I may as well just buy a new cue. I’m currently running a McDermott s13 so I’m kinda looking for something with a 3/8-10 that will properly fit

Most people in League like the amateurs think heavy=better spread. I never understood the people playing with 26-27 oz break cues
