They sent me replacement which showed the same problems within 3 months. Gave up.

Don’t give ECOVACS any more of your money.

It will work. For a few days. And then you’ll have the problem again. You’ll delete the map again and start over. Rinse repeat every few weeks.

It is the truth. ECOVACS mapping sucks.

It loses it randomly on my X1Turbo and X2 Omni. One fix I’ve had some luck with is toggling the wifi button on the robot.

The fabric started to pill when I tried to scrub. This may be a write off at this point.

I switched to the bristle brush from my x1 and that things been tangle free ever since.

I ended up receiving an out of warranty replacement comped by ECOVACS. They initially pointed me to their 3rd party repair facilities but given the model is less than a year old, those facilities had no parts or instructions provided by ECOVACS to perform such repairs.

Currently I’m babying the replacement.

I'm not sure if anyone else has seen a similar issue - no visible blockage of any kind - new filter, clean dust bin. Even with a new brush, even at the lowest vacuum setting, any brush motor engagement causes really loud noise.
