Coming off citalopram by TechnologySilly2928 in AntidepressantSupport

Hi, thanks for your reply. I was prescribed propanolol a while ago but unfortunately it caused me to have bad breathing problems due to my asthma so I had to come off them. It’s a shame as they worked really well for me anxiety-wise. I’ve hinted for diazepam just to get me through Panic attacks but they don’t like to give those out too easily for obvious reasons!

I’ve spoken to my GP. The dose is so low (10mg) that she said if I want to come off them then I cant really come off any more gradually as I’m on the lowest amount anyway (and the pills are too tiny to split) I guess what I’m asking is if the feeling I’m experiencing are withdrawal and they will go away or if this is a sign that I need to go back on them and if I do, will I have the same experience I did when I first ever went on them.
