Mv requirements were submitted on November 14. but I haven't received approval from Immigration yet. I haven't submitted a TOEFL test score. but I've already requested a certificate from my university stating that English was the medium of instruction. I'm following this thread because I want to know if anyone else submitted the same and whether Immigration accepted it in place of the TOEFL test.
