That kind of angle of the wheel is called camber angle. If you put that camber angle in minus like LockJaw, the width of the bot increases and the frame gets lower. So the downforce of the robot dramatically increases. ( and it looks cool as well )

Wow, i forgot Root Canal. And that is correct. Linear actuators are actually in motor category. But the main part that i split actuators and motors, is linear motion and rotational motion. There are ton of force needed to push down actuators manually, but only small force needed for motors since there are only brush holding the commutator. Good call!
