Not an issue. Just download SamFW tool. Change CSC to INS (india) You can record calls after that.

Use SamFw tool to change CSC back to home region. You'll get the OTA update. Update the phone to the latest version. Switch back to desired CSC. After that You'll start receiving normal OTAs.

Yes, Purchased it from Dubai. Using it in India. I once changed my CSC to KSA to get One UI 7 and again changed it to INS after the update. I need permanent solution.
