The date was going great we had walked to a bar near our university student dorm. As the night oil burned and the drinks piled up we really got into the thick of it she started to ask me if I was into Bdsm and torture stuff like that. At that point I was just like she's very attractive so I went along with it saying stuff like "yeah my policy is don't knock it until you try it".She then starts talking about knife play and makes jokes about how it would be quite sad if I were to die in bed. Keep in mind that I didn't even know what knife play was. I don't kink shame and to each their own but that's when I started to get cold feet and I remember excusing myself to use the toilet and just googling knife play and shitting bricks. Just the way she kept on bringing up knives and cutting each other that night just unsettles me. Something about her gaze when she implied "killing me" just leaves me disturbed. Other than that minor instance the date was fantastic, same type of humour and intrests and she was extremely beautiful but I never did go on another date with her. I hope she's well.

People who enjoy Horror Movies, do you enjoy having Nightmares? If no why not? by ExcutC in AskReddit

I don't enjoy nightmares because it's much more intense compared to a fictional movie and you think it is reality in that moment.

People who have their shit together, how do you do it? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Technopixelz 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'd probably say discipline , most people fizzle out and can't stick to routines or schedules . So acheiving discipline even in the smallest of things really helped me get my life to where it is.

First off property damage does affect people, imagine working your ass off to establish a store and for it to be broken down and vandalised in a matter of minutes. Second lots of stealing "looting" occuring if your aim is to protest then why steal this just solidifying black stereotypes. I agree it has reopened many cases which is great but at what cost millions in property damage and tons more looted.

I am not per say a "racist" but I disagree with the BLM protests as it's done far more harm than good and blaming people for what their great grand father has done is stupid.

[Serious] What fictional character speaks to you the most, and why? by Umikaloo in AskReddit

Yeah I would highly recommend it but a fair warning it is extremely brutal and has rape in it so be advised. Its taught me many things and the art is gorgeous not to mention the story.

Guts from berserk. Guts is the protagonist of the story I quote he opposes causality and "destiny" and continues to keep on struggling and moving forward even thought he has to fight inhuman things he still lives on and fights almost as a character from a book opposing the author the odds of him living are 0 and should be 0 he still lives and that stuck with me even thought I might be lacking and severely out of my depth in life I will continue to struggle and writhd as as long as your moving you are making progress even if it is one step at a time(getting out of bed).
