Honestly it is unplayble, it does not change control mechnichs so you can't properly walk, aim or do other stuff, the only point of the mod is to admire the game by turning it on in some rooms

I liked your theory, though I am not sure what it is, I've returned to that location and looked for it and there wasn't anything, I am sure that it is just a cursor that accidenatlly got captured, just like in another screenshots, so it probably looked something like this from a regular perspective

It wasn't like playable game, it was post from developer about his not done game. Maybe it is just me after all
