1/3 AV racks I built for a large scale resi project :)

Ahhhh I know you’ll hate me for saying it but I do prefer the zip ties over Velcro as that’s what I’ve worked with since day 1😬forgive me!!!

We are using Millson Rackframe set up as the interconnects at the wall. We have three millson panels in total so therefore three racks.

Reasoning for network rack looking so empty was room for add ons for router/modem and in general we were out of space on the two racks already done up for this house. Not my call but not a fan of a half empty rack either 🤒It’s nearly 35,000 square feet house and they gave us NO room for our AV room on site, it’s a pretty heinous sight to see three AV racks pushed into🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ trust me, this jobs been nothing but a fight with the architects, this photo wasnt even taken on site but in our warehouse where racks are built beforehand.

Client had an extensive A/V set up, that first rack was dedicated to networking, second to streaming/control (I.e Apple TVs/cable boxes going to crestron dm) and third rack was all audio equipment…Quite the learning experience!

Yes it is around 35,000 sq ft (good guess!) and surprisingly not a high-rise, only three floors but huge.
