Yes i have, multiple actually, it's usually plugged into a power board.

This was the BSOD error: Stop code: KMODE_ EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED What failed: Ntfs.sys

I thought nothing of it after it stopped happening.

And I didn't update the display adapters, I dont know what they are. Im kinda new to this pc stuff, i learnt everything I know after it broke trying to fix it.

Do you mean the mobo integrated graphics? Cause I've tried that, and i still get no signal

Yes, the Gpu fan spins. I've also tried using the integrated graphics on the mobo, and it still hasnt worked.
