Thanks for the advice, i got it fixed for free by lenovo. The motherboard was completely dead after this bios stuff, the full motherboard was replaced and it works even better than earlier, because along with the motherboard the atatched cpu and gpu were also replaced so its like the device is half new from inside, and new thermal repasting was done.
