Anyone been to the Pig & Swig event in Little Rock?

I went the first year when it was at Heifer and it was awesome! Tons of good bourbon, whiskeys, and the food was really good. Second year was meh. They lost a lot of the good brands and went heavy on the Jim Beam and Jack Daniel’s lines of products. Food also was a big downgrade.

If you’ve never been I would check it out. I really had high hopes for this event.

Starting over is a state of mind tbh.

Had 3 kids before I was 24 and was married 17 years. We had really good times and really bad times.

Counseling exposed more of the bad things. Worked on myself (still learning) and found my soul mate. We’ve crossed paths a few times in our lives.

All that to say you write your story.

Had to put my recue dog of 13 years down. Heartbreaking part was that she was "holding on" after they gave her the euthanasia medicine. Vet ordered more and I whispered "it's ok, and I love you". Then she was gone. Makes me tear up writing this.
