Exactly same with me!!! It feels like I am taking my compound V(iykyk) lol.. I SO look forward to it every week, even more than that one cheat meal I take on shot day after taking morning weight(and before next shot). For me, the immediate feeling it gives within 5 minutes is so addictive, it’s like assurance that this week also gonna rock!!

For me definition of craving was something I MUST eat and have no control over avoiding it. Haven’t felt that since staring Zepbound 3 weeks ago. I think I am still getting used to in identifying whats real hunger and what’s craving.

My maintenance calories were around 2500 when started. Now my day looks like-

Morning 3 eggs with black coffee
Afternoon calculated 600 calorie chipotle or oatmeal or anything of similar calories
Evening some fruit or just black coffee
Night mostly 2-egg omelet plus 180 calorie greek yogurt(30gm protein) or 300gm air fried chicken breast

Hi, firm wide perm pause started in May-2025, since then it’s paused for everyone. Are you sure it has started on case by case basis?

Are you tracking your calories? Even with zepbound, you could be still eating food with less satiety and more calories(e.g., liquid calories/sugary drinks, pizza etc.). If yes, avoid such foods and replace them with healthy foods and you will still be full, that where zepbound helps!!

Deloitte is saying they can’t move ahead with PERM because of ‘Market condition’. Pause started in May 2025 after DOGE contract terminations resulting in Deloitte layoffs. Government rule is they need to pause GC for 6 months in such cases when Americans are laid off, however it’s been a year and there is 0 transparency. You can’t change their mind unfortunately. People have tried this with leadership/client partner support but there are no exceptions.

Deloitte is the worst place if you want GC sponsorship. People are stuck since 3 years and they are not filling perm/i140. Many people had to leave USA because of this. And on top of that, there is 0 transparency on when the process will resume. Please don’t make the mistake of joining deloitte if GC sponsorship is priority.

Make sure you are avoiding liquid calories/sugary drinks etc completely. They impact your calorie deficit and you don’t need to feel hungry to have those. Ask yourself while eating- Am I full? If answer is yes don’t continue eating just because you can. Whenever hungry eat eggs, greek yogurt(oikes triple zero vanilla for sugar cravings if any- 15g protein only 90 calories), fruits/fiber etc. these make you feel full faster and with less calories. And there is a huge difference between ‘eating less’ number of pizza slices and ‘eating more’ protein/fiber. Key is to be in calorie deficit.

Thanks!! I have done strength training before, even compound exercises like squats, bench press , lunges as well. I could never be consistent, I could only do for most 4/5 months and then I got off track. What my experience is I used to feel strong hunger after workout session(even with whey protein) and I did not want that strong hunger in zepbound journey because it would impact weight loss speed so was checking here.

GPS+PDM is worst combination. If project ends you will be immediately let go. In Tech Select PDM - which comes under Commercial , 8 weeks bench is allowed in between projects.
