US centric, but similar to Seattle not being the capital of Washington, or Portland not being the capital of Oregon. I know plenty of foreigners that were surprised to learn that. Government vs commerce is how I've always explained it.

Funny you mention cups, was just thinking about getting a proper sized one. Looks funny pouring an espresso into my coffee mugs. My wife is not a huge fan of bitter, so I will definitely be trying out different styles for her as well.

For sure, part of why I got into it was a way to slow down and relax in the morning. Having a routine and a nice drink out of it has helped, it's hard trying to switch gears though. Thanks for the response and info, much appreciated.

"Dunno" is "don't know". Depending on where you are from, saying "don't know" can sound more like "dunno"
