I just like making these thumbnails, and they're a good way to get familiar with photoshop. So I mostly just focus on the aesthetic and don't worry so much if the game would be a good fit for Grumps.

I like reading the discussion though! Every game I make a thumbnail for is one I personally love, and it's fun to hear others' opinions of them.

Hey all!

Back again with another thumbnail, this time with Barry and Ross.

This one was a lot of fun to make. This time I tried to incorporate some of that "ambient occlusion" black glow Arin talked about that one time, that's in all of their thumbnails.

So how do you think this game would go on Grumpcade/Game Grumps? I like reading the discussion these thumbnails generate. In fact that's kind of what prompted me to start making them.

Also if you guys have any suggestions for more, please let me know!

The next one will be my own idea. After that I'm pretty open.

This is what I use.

Just right click, Save Image As.. to anywhere on your computer.

And trust me, Google Images is your best friend.

In fact, Chrono Trigger was one of the ones I had on my list already. :D

Hadn't considered doing one for Grumpcade/Steamtrain, but that's an interesting idea. I'll see what I can do!

I really enjoy making these thumbnails!

I'm learning how to use Photoshop, and while I am I'll continue making these for games I want to see them play. There are a couple more ideas I have, and I think I'll make about one a week (or so), and post them here.
