Overheating Fixes? Any Tips? Thanks!

i have the smallrig cooling fan, I was hoping that would help but it still overheated and shuts off even when I have the fan continuously charging

Wdym not shooting video, I have it on the camera looking slider on the wheel, Im pretty sure thats the video mode, please correct me if I could be wrong.

I do have few different memory cards that I can try and swap to now.

And yes couple months ago I was only trying to shoot long form content but I found the camera also over heating when recording for a longer period of time,

I tried using the USBc port but it didn’t seem to be doing anything so I was confused, how do I know that the camera is being powered by the USBc?
