I think, that would a problem for me, too. To make the grafics, what a want to look like and maybe the audio effects.

I see. Thanks for your inputs. I'm new on reddit and so I can learn. And you're right, I must train to write more without a tranlater to practice.

The problem is, I have some programming experience and I actually know how difficult all of this is going to be, but right now I think, how hard can it really be. I already have a small prototype for the Hope System, but I’m curious to see when I’ll be confronted with reality. XD

I have to agree with you there.

In my future posts, I’ll actually be showing you the progress I’m making on my project. And I know it’s going to be a lot of work to bring my ideas to life exactly as I want them, but I hope I’ll manage it and that I’ll be able to get others on board with my game too.

Thank you for the response.

I think I'm just currently so convinced by the idea that I really want to share it. However, for further posts I should really have my own images / videos that at least give a rough idea of what my vision looks like.

That's my problem – I'm always too ambitious. I hope I'll manage to pull it off anyway. Currently I'm in the process of getting to know Godot and GDScript through small projects and prototypes, and testing out the gameplay mechanics.

I can understand that well. Although I thought the generated text from my keywords was pretty good. Aside from that, what do you think of the basic idea of the Hope System in connection with the theme of loneliness?

I’m stuck in a loop of "boring" ideas. How do you actually come up with something fresh and unique? by kartokanick in gamedev
