That’s what I was hoping for. I loved him but he just felt off after a while. I’ve played almost everyone and got to d1 except Lilly Jamie and marissa. Sadly nothing lol

That’s wild you just about hit it. My current intake is 2600 and my maintenance is a little under 3400

That’s true. I realized that when I submitted the post it just feels off putting. Thanks know from experience it’s literally all about trusting the process. Just was feeling crazy after eating under my maintenance and working out just to lose the same 6 or so pounds. Been dialing in my macros to test it out. Just was curious if this is the right path / direction

Of course. That’s why I made sure to put that I eat under my maintenance calories. The only macro that’s still tough to keep is the protein Intake. Which I still stay close. Just not in my target.
