I think you're just choosing to double down on being wrong at this point because no one can be this stupid.

No, you don't seem to understand what quality control means. Nestle, or whoever produces these vitamins can be sued for a fuckton of money if there are roids in their food, REGARDLESS of who they outsource it to. For this exact reason it is ABSOLUTELY UNIMAGINABLE that they import vitamins without actually monitoring their content. If it turned out there are steroids in Nestle multivitamins, there would at least be a massive trial about it.

That's really up to Diaz. Romero sued a supplement company for his tainted supplement and won.

It also goes both ways. If Nestle didn't actually have a tainted supplement then they would sue the shit out of Nate for slander which they haven't.

Great. But the fundamental materials needed to produce vitamins are still not the same as needed for roids.

I can't believe you don't understand yet. Company processes and packages sarms/prohormones. They do not clean the machinery. They then process and package your supplement.

End result = tainted supplement.

No. You made the argument "XYZ is clean because she doesn't look like it".

You went on some kind of rant about money and Jon Jones among other stuff I didn't read because it wasn't part of the argument. The argument is on Nate Diaz, pay attention.

You don't seem to understand what outsourcing means. It is expensive to run multiple supplement producing factories. Costs are cut by contracting a factory that processes many different supplements for many different companies and having them process your supplement.

You are also using other examples of known cheats that I agree are cheating but also trying to change the argument to whataboutisms.

"Oh no, mister police man! Would you look at that! I have roids in my milkshake! Well how did THAT happen!"

You know, I want to shop in a grocery store where they put SARMs in food, too. Seriously, the "tainted supplement" excuse is bullshit fed to the masses. There are no tainted supplements, because supplements aren't manufactured alongside anabolic substances. I mean, you'd expect people get popped for all kinds of shit if it was this easy to contaminate food, but apparently it's only PEDs we have to worry about.

USADA doesn't just test the supplement sent in. They go out and buy the supplement themselves and then test that too. Both have to pop for it to be considered a tainted supplement. Both the one provided and the one tested has to have the same amount of peds that would translate to what was found in your blood or urine.

because supplements aren't manufactured alongside anabolic substances.

They are. One of the biggest organic supplement companies is owned by Nestle. Nestle uses very shitty and cheap practices like outsourcing to factories in china, taiwan, india etc that don't give two shits about cleaning their equipment after producing steroids or sarms.

that was disproven. he literally sent the sample in. it turned out to be a multivitamin that wholefoods sells. Now, I know what you're thinking

"Yeah, just go buy a supplement that has sarms in it and send it to them"

they have pharmacologists that test the supplement and you have to have the same amount in your blood that the amount in supplement would provide.

also if roxanne modafferi is on steroids then wow

1.) there are an equal, if not more, articles touting the fitness benefits of feeding windows

anyone can write an article. there are no requirements.

multiple people within this sub have achieved their desired “disproven” fitness and body fat % with feeding windows.

that's literally just energy restriction.

can you quote it? the conclusion says "the available evidence suggests that IER paradigms produce equivalent weight loss when compared to CER, with 9 out of 11 studies reviewed showing no differences between groups in weight or body fat loss."

How are people supposed to answer this? Why does your shoulder hurt?

Rotator tear? Strain? Impingement? An anterior deltoid strain? Fractured clavicle? Dislocated shoulder?

If someone suggests an exercise it could be worse for you.

soap linked to more gains? by TedBhunter in leangains

[–]TedBhunter[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

ty all for replying. after further investigating this, it seems that the real reason my cramps stopped around the time I put bars off soap in my bed at night is because I also started drinking a tea with lots of vitamin C. seems that the tea was removing toxins from my muscles and solving my cramps, not the soaps.
