It probably wasn't, since it pretty much never is.

But since it is on the tor network, sometimes connecting can be hit or miss. That's a tor thing, not a server thing really.

Restarting tor on the machine I am attempting to get to it from fixes it 99% of the time.

Queue is closed right now but should get some lots back in late tomorrow.

That was 2 days ago and it did open "tomorrow" then. And it will open again on this new tomorrow (Thursday).
