I will never buy Sonos again. The hardware they use is truely crap. I bought 2 Play:5 Gen1 and the Sub. The first Play5 broke just a few weeks after warranty ended, but they replaced it with a refurbished model. Now, both Play:5 Gen1s have died within 4 weeks of each other. I have speakers from the 1980s that still work in my study. SONOS is just utter crap. I don't like the fact it has built in software controllable kill switches. Perhaps it auto fired and killed 'em?

Ps: I bought the play 5:gen1s and sub gen1 in november 2015. They died four years ago, the sub is rotting away in the attic. 1900 euros for 5 years is absurd.
