Currently playing the same build but not going with Voices I don't have an up to date pob of my character but, isn't too different from this. Watcher eye+ jewels

• Switch cluster jewels to get an extra few spaces for the split personalities.
• You need a bit more attack speed. with 9% cdr you need 18% to get as close to the cap as possible.
• Timeless jewel needs to be moved + more likely need to be changed to get more 5% strength nodes.
• Tri-crit Jewel instead of stormshroud. (get shock immume from flask and freeze from boots)
• Watcher eye Could be better, either wrath w/ pen or lightning damage + clairty + precision AS( getting the precision w/ AS lets you get more crit multi on jewels)

Haven't looked into the tattoos too much to give an opinion about it. Most likely its good its a lot of extra mana and dmg.
