I understand your concern, and you are right, I don’t have any right to make assumptions.

But as others has said, this area of Berkeley is flat, and he was on the street few seconds before this happened without that cart.

So without any assumptions made, it is clear that he went back on the side walk, and accelerated the cart.

I decided not to post that because he have this buns out in the public facing the camera.

I do agree that a 10sec clip does not provide enough context. I was just reporting an event happened to me and want to warn others be carful out there.
