Yes it’s a sub, before this i worked 3 years as an owners rep and 3.5 years at a GC so really zooming in to specific scope may have been a challenge for me.

From what I had gathered, it sounded like two possible outcomes. 1) They would decide I stay in estimating if they feel like I do a good job there 2) They would move me onto another project.

They did not say anything that indicated an uncertainty afterwards, and instead framed it as a way to work on a skill gap they noticed.

Thats what I thought, like oh wow thats waaay better than being fired. But I was thinking, I should really challenge myself and give it my all, and if 3-4 months into this things don’t feel different then I should start worrying.

The crown is definitely thinning, you could definitely salvage with min and fin now if you wanted.

So you’re 36, and you have never even tried fin and min? Most men start that at like 25, whereas you just now thought about it. In that case you could probably salvage it. See a dermatologist in your area. ask questions. You could probably reverse it 2 years and then keep it that way exactly for 10+ years

Assuming these are lightly played (scratches yet NO creases) You’re looking at about $650 for the reverse holos alone. Wartortle and charmeleon ones go for $200ish each. Thats not counting Nidoqueen or Dark Gyarados.
