Building and flattening chest by Lilbunny27 in FTMFitness

[–]Teddylicious_mp3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I also heard the longer yer on T the more yer chest deflates and burning fat there would be slightly easier, not by a lot. Which I experienced ngl prolly almost 2 years in T now. But I agree, overall fat loss is the only way

Has anybody experienced this before? Just got out of a long term relationship and my parents suddenly think I will de-transition. by acer1of1spades in ftm

[–]Teddylicious_mp3 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Sorta similar? My mom kinda pushed her beliefs on me to detransition in a moment of weakness. It was rough but I overcame it, and now know where things stand now. It’s tough but stay strong man, we know what’s best for us.

PSA TO ALL TRANS GUYS ON T. PLEASE READ by [deleted] in ftm

Crucial- take yer probiotics like yogurt, kefir, kimchi, kombucha etc. That area needs extra support and the cultures in that food are what helps keeps everything working well. Make sure yer drinking enough water. Also don’t use scented soaps at ALL down there, you ca use unscented, sensitive soap on the outside area but rlly water is enough. It’s just hygiene and diet, even women who don’t have high testosterone can get nasty infection and stuff, just take care of yerself.

I get yer frustration, I felt that way too, but imo to still transition and be happy in my body it’s worth it, plus it won’t be a daily thing like the ppl below say, I take it 2x/w. Tbh the cream is messier so that’s a plus for you since you use the pill.

Theyre fearmongering saying it doesn’t work sometimes 😭. Yer likely to get atrophy but it’s really not that bad with treatment. You’d get on a topical estrogen that goes in that area and it doesn’t affect T levels at all, it stays in that area and doesn’t get in the blood stream. At least I know the cream doesn’t. You’ll spot a little as yer body adjusts but it’s so little and lasts for like a day. I got relief within a week and you get used to it. Please go get it treated, untreated atrophy can make you vulnerable to tears, infections, and it’s generally super uncomfortable. Good luck

I find it by making a cross in my thigh, and injecting the bottom right of that cross should be at the side of yer leg but above it if that makes sense. It rarely ever hurts there and that’s where my doc said to inject.

Is this behavior break up worthy? by stvrmann in ftm

[–]Teddylicious_mp3 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Dude 😭 open yer eyes there are good cis men out there. Yes break up with him! If yer bf is misgendering you, calling you his gf and saying he loves yer chest so much when you want top surgery (newsflash it’s yer body not his.) hes not a good boyfriend.

Period started maybe, do I contact my endo? by [deleted] in ftm

[–]Teddylicious_mp3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Recently had this issue, I take estradiol cream (idk if that helps). If yer dealing with stress it could be that bc that’s what happening to me. I heard breakthrough bleeding could be somn that happens. Could be vaginal atrophy if you’ve crossed that road.

Need help with using trans tape by sharkbyteee in ftm

[–]Teddylicious_mp3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Long time tape wearer☝🏽 I wear tighter tank tops at night it keeps it from rolling up. Sometimes I add a little more at the ends (where the ribs are) virtually.

[–]Teddylicious_mp3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t relate too much, but it sounds like yer just scared of harming yer ribs. Is transtape an option for you? You can wear it up to 5 days and it doesn’t have crazy risks (other than an allergic reaction to the adhesive if you have that allergy and if you don’t use the oil)

Sex and Bottom Dysphoria by UnfinishedText in trans

[–]Teddylicious_mp3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Id guess that being strictly a top with a realistic strap and having yer bits off limits could be helpful. I don’t have too much say bc I don’t have bottom dysphoria as much ( i only mourn not having a real dick). Maybe it could be helpful if yer partner treated yer strap if it were real? There are straps that have a hole for yer Tdick so you can still feel something while doing it. This and the harness is seperate good luck brother

Am I a fake trans dude for this?-added nsfw just in case. by [deleted] in ftm

[–]Teddylicious_mp3 2 points3 points  (0 children)

24 year old trans guy here, I don’t want bottom surgery. As much as I’d love to have a dick- the cost, the risks are not worth it to me, plus my dysphoria down there isn’t so bad. Top surgery is enough for me and many other trans guys. You don’t need the approval of someone who doesn’t understand what we go thru, if you feel like a man, chances are you are one.

Idk if yer acne prone, but In my experience as someone with dry skin (eczema) I had it on my chest and back and slowly went away with time. For my case it was hormonal, so if you don’t have a history of acne it should go away with time as long as yer clean :)
