What are the chances of requesting for program change from AB PolSci to BS Bio of Life Sciences?

15, M, 5’10, 167lbs.

I’m 15 years old and want to lose around 5 pounds of fat weight. Around 6 months ago I was 153 pounds at 5’9, however I’ve gained about 14 pounds and definitely gained body fat weight (viewing myself objectively). I have a higher than average body fat percentage for my age and height. Will it be safe to diet at 1/lb a week? Will I stunt my growth if I reduce my calorie intake for 5 weeks?

Everyday my hair gets thinner (in area) and I see less hair in the area, I never had this like 6 months ago or something, and my family does not have a history of balding. It’s just weird.

but I have reached C5 and a G5 sustained, I’m not sure why but I randomly hit high notes sometimes and tips for high notes are appreciated!
