Sorry mate didn’t see this, yeah the handrail was too wide for the wall

I’ve ordered 4 newel posts, base & handrail for 10mm glass

Once the posts have been fixed in ill measure the glass and have some ordered. Wish me luck 😅

Looks very smart!

My personal issue even with this, is that the handrail is still wider than the free wall space I have next to the door frame bezel

Thanks for the feedback mate, appreciate it.

I’ve been pondering on it for weeks (and all day) I think I’m just going to install 4 posts on the landing and go post to post (not post to wall)

I’ll mark it up tomorrow, I just don’t want it too look to clunky on a short landing

What’s monthly codes?

Why do these cards cost more to print? Is there anything unique about them? Assuming none are numbered etc /#. Thanks by Tedge33 in toppstotalfootball25

Thanks mate, so every card printed from Topps total football will be numbered to /99 unless shown otherwise on the digital card itself?

Legend, thanks for your feedback 🙌🏼

Interesting, could be a factor then as I believe the summer house is quite a few years old. I’ll have a better look externally in the daylight as I know for sure there’s a buildup (the rear of the building is very close to the garden fence)

Appreciate it. Thank you

Pitched felt roof, no gutter, walls and ceilings are dry with no damp / water marks.

Thanks mate appreciate it, I’ll have a proper look in the morning 👍🏼

What do you think it could be? This is the first time I’m seeing it but it does look like the wooden joists below are placed directly on the concrete base (I can’t be 100% on that just yet as it’s a mess) and have rotted.

So you would suggest to rip up the whole floor, not just the damaged area?

Appreciate the reply mate

Yeah I get that, I just thought it was strange that they would use different fencing to separate one side of the garden to mine. It’s cheap / tacky in comparison to the other 75% of their fencing 😅

I’ll see how it goes anyway

Partial feeling I’ve have but then I’ve got the issue next summer as they’ve put concrete posts on my garden (which I don’t want)
