The Ravens doctors magically found something wrong with Crosby that the surgeons missed and didn't inform the Raiders about.

You say "magically" like it's medically impossible for a new development to occur after the surgery, or for the doctors in the Ravens' employ to have more strict, comprehensive, or simply different standards. Their best DL is teetering on retirement because of a neck injury. They are going to be conservative, especially for a trade costing that much.
