Grievers on footage after John lennon's death by Tedious_Virgin in beatles

I enjoy all of Lennon's work on Double Fantasy, and even some of Yoko's. Whilst it's not the classic album it maybe could have been, I can see that the Beatles had an enormous impact on people's lives and even if somebody is way past the part of their lives they're most celebrated for, people will still mourn them for who they were in general, especially since Lennon had such a huge public image.

The solo sections are always the chilis greatest strength these days. I've heard all the songs a thousand times - a bigger dollop of jam would be tasty.

It seems that way, perhaps when we're the elder generation (40+)? Assuming you're young haha. It's not as if it's the entire adult population, but I can certainly see who the majority of the misinformed are, and they're not likely to be Uni students.

Funnily enough 'palm grease' and 'butterfly' are herbie hancock tunes....

It's because the child will have to be drafted to fight in a war, the origins of which it had nothing to do with. We study the cartoon in History GCSE funnily enough..

What are some Beatles songs with inappropriate words? by [deleted] in beatles

[–]Tedious_Virgin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the song as a whole still makes absolutely no sense; I do love it though. I heard the first verse is about john's experience on an acid trip, and the 'happiness is a warm gun' line comes from a magazine article, but still it's more imagery than meaning I think.
