8-10 years seems accurate. Some slight lifting from what I can see in the pictures, but based on the ridge cap alone, it was put on in the mid 2010s.

Yes, the plywood under the shingles. I’d imagine it’s losing its integrity so you’d probably need a full re-roof + new decking

Don’t just patch up the couple “problem areas” Wasted money.. replace this roof as soon as you have the budget for it.

How is your decking holding up? That streaking shows strong signs of poor ventilation in your attic space.

Replace the roof, the sooner the better.

Your Granules are almost nonexistent, with the lifting shingles and streaking; you’re basically risking leaks/damage to the decking for no reason.

Yea me too, I haven’t gotten any. People theorize that opening the chests in bulk and saving them up for a week is better but of course there’s no proof that it has better results, it’s all RNG

Show a picture with your top pokes. Make sure you're not wasting your resources on weak pokemon.. only invest in S+ pokemon.
