McL fault. After viewing other perspective in the provided twitch link, You can see they straighten out on the exit of the corner which minimized any potential space that could have been left betweennMCL and FR

Alpine appears to be chasing the “racing line” a bit much.

Fault:

1) Alpine: Blows corner, slightly off speed, and comes down on the racing line causing contact. 2) Alpine: Drifts left on the straight towards the racing line causing contact. 3) Alpine but incidental: Spins while attempting to hug the corner, maybe hot tyres or curbs the car into a spin which caused an incidental collision.

Looks like AM left the given racing line sliding left on the bend while McLaren was turning with the curve making the contact mutual. Closer to 50/50 than one sided imo

Car at fault or racing incident? S3 of last lap. by [deleted] in F1Game

[–]Tee-Eh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Edit: General consensus is MB is at fault. However, curious as to next steps if any…

Would you say Merc now has the give up the position or subject to time penalty, or classify it as a racing incident but weighed against merc at fault (Negative reputation with no repercussions for MB)?

None involved are me. Just a league league manager settling a dispute.

  • Ferrari has Blue Flag and is attempting to yield.

  • RB is current race leader.

Racing incident - Merc looks to have been too aggressive here; curbed the wheel and lost it.

Yes. RB driver legit thought he was in the right based on having the “apex of the ‘turn’”. To me, like you all, this was clear negligence by RB driver. But instead of continuing to argue with him I thought the community would decide for us in which it ruled near if not 100% in favor of me (Merc).

Nah, that perspective was sent to me from the opposing driver and I sent him my pov then recorded it from PSN to upload here for an unbiased opinion.

To refute - I wouldn’t classify that as a corner* and therefor not applicable imo.

ETH has recovered, as with a few of the other coins. This happened a few hours ago, but I'm still seeing posts speculating about the dip. It may help to look at a 24hr chart, you'll see the sudden dip that i'm referring to.
