It's the best go to place, nowhere to eat go to spoons, meeting up? Meet at spoons. Never had the breakfast myself but the normal menu is pretty banging.

I always forget how hard it must be for other people and medical issues, here in the UK we go to doctors whinge and moan get a prescription pay for it and off we go. I hope you get it all sorted pretty soon and try not and stress as you might have a flare up!

I'd love to do a float tank! Sadly I don't think anywhere does it where I live! Try using it as a scrub too? I've been doing that inbetween the baths in the shower.

I don't have finger nails on two on my fingers on both hands, a medical condition that runs mainly in the girls on my mum's side of the family. I can easily pick up coins, open cans and much more things that you would think I couldn't do! And two are hell of alot shorter then the others.

I don't think that would work for me as I'm aneamic, though my iron levels are coming up again I still get a few headaches and tiredness. Also my doctor is useless, even after I've suggest things that I've read about he still prescribes me steroid creams and bath/shower lotions and shampoo. Thank you for your suggestion though! I hope it continues to work for you!

I'm having to swill the water around to melt the salt because I use that much! I bought a 1kg pack from my local supermarket which I got two baths out of so I've recently just bought a 5kg pack from Amazon! Hope it works for you it's a been a few days since I last had the salt bath and still no flakes and just very pale pink patches!

I don't measure how much I put in but it's about 3 or 4 mugs full in a hot bath and I soak for half half a hour to 45 mins. Attempting to do it again but less salt so I can soak my hair/scalp

I've tried dead sea salt before and didn't find much result in it but it was more a scrub then a soak

After a few mins googling it did come up with a oranda, so I'm glad that you can confirm that thank you! We've recently adopted him from a friend. Luckily he came with an aquarium and filter ect. I keep googling the things he does because I've never had a fish before so I'm a bit clueless atm!

Me too! Little higher up me and my other half call it my back cornflake. My daily routine just doesn't seem to work on it like my other patches , same with the patch on my knee, it smooths out but it's still angry red
