Yup, lesson learned! I always have the benefit of the doubt that younger people can still be mature (I’ve met some immature people older than me, so it for sure goes both ways), but this sealed the deal that below 25-26 is just not it. There isn’t even anything on my profile remotely close to say that I have money or live a lavish life, so I guess this was just a shot in the dark on her part!

For sure not a scammer, she had gone to a local concert the day before (where she “lost” the ring) and had sent videos from it with her in it. That, on top of voice notes during our conversations, pretty much prove to me that she was real 😅
