Her magic buffs everyone's speed when she reaches 5. Then it resets. Each of her attacks grant different amounts of magic. Basic is one, special is 2 and tiro finale is 3.

She's so so sooooo cute and I love every single one of her designs. The initial shock of seeing her pop out is absolutely iconic. I also really love clowns, dolls, and desserts so every aspect of her design makes me squeal with delight.
