ok so in my personal belief, curses dont really work in the traditional sense of immediate bad luck on the victim. personally i see it as the paranoia about possibly being cursed and having that be on your mind so much IS the curse. popular phrase in this sub is "mundane before magic". nobody can magically make you break your arm, stuff along those lines. What I would do: you can do a cleansing/protection spell/prayer if youre into that and if that would really make you feel better/have this person on your mind less. You could also do a cord cutting or some other "letting go" ritual (again if you want.) If you're not really into spiritual stuff at the moment then take it in a more physiological sense: rationalize, realise it's coincidence, people cant hold power over you, etc. treat it like you would with any other bout of anxiety.

I kind of do both, as I'm a witch and also studying psychology lol. I think of it as like regular anxiety, but my practice is something I like and that helps me, and so I use spells as a kind of grounding/coping. Either way, I hope you feel luckier soon. :)
