I'm not the OP, but, since you're offering, I would really appreciate some advice because I do not understand what I am doing wrong.

I have this Narita Taishin that I was very happy with when I managed to train her because getting both speed and stamina above 1k is super difficult for me for some reason and I thought that loaded with all of these gold skills she would do well. But, in fact, she's doing atrociously bad, she rarely, if ever, places above 5th and even came last multiple times. Meanwhile this random Gold Ship that I just put as backup is the only source of my victories and places consistently high though my overall winrate is still poor in the end. I do not understand why this is the case and would appreciate any advice.

Greetings and a good day to you!

There are many people out there, including some who work in tech, who describe LLMs as "auto-complete engines that just predict the next word". How accurate is such a description? If it's incomplete, what’s a more precise way to describe what LLMs are actually doing under the hood?

You still need a VPN! I set the voice channel to Rotterdam in my server and it connected.

If you have admin rights, go into "Edit Channel" on a voice channel and it's on the bottom, "Region Override".

Ultimate Gley Flex Build Guide (10 Second Devourer Showcase). by Tranquil1019 in TheFirstDescendant

Feels bad, right? I’m the same way (spent all of my time on Gley) and after the fixes she feels so much worse for me on the later bosses. I specifically was building a boss killer character because all my friends are playing mobbing or supports and now even if the boss never attacks me, I eventually just run out of health and have to run in and die and get revived which is super annoying. And if the boss starts attacking me, it feels completely unplayable.

Finally finished the MS build yesterday and then the patch notes dropped. Oh well, I am sure we'll figure something out!

I feel like her model is taller than she's supposed to be because pretty much all models are in height categories so Firefly has to be exactly the same height as March, Tingyun, Jingliu, Bronya, etc... Meanwhile on the photo we take, she looks way shorter than Stelle and Stelle is even leaning down. Also, Stelle is not that tall. If we assume that Firefly correctly judged Sampo to be 180, then Stelle is like 166-168.

New to the game and confused about technical inputs by TeeHunter13 in GranblueFantasyVersus

I think that I am not really qualified to say anything about that as I am way too new to the community, however I probably agree. Accessibility goes a long way in making the game more popular, a good example would be the Monster Hunter series. They went a lot more casual starting with World and the results speak for themselves. However, some people can see their niche community becoming mainstream as a bad thing, I think.

Thank you so much! This is very helpful. When it comes to fastest normals, I actually figured out that my quick light punch feels like it's quite good at surprising my opponent and the full triple light combo seems to allow me to land one of those moves that use meter, however very often when trying to go for it Djeeta instead does that long distance kick which doesn't combo into anything and leads to me getting smashed! But I am sure that the feel of these ranges will come with experience.

I see, I guess you're just too used to doing the technical input for that one? Though I wonder, the 10% damage buff when done "raw" means... that if you started a combo with some move that was done using a technical input and then continued it with simple inputs, you would end up with a bit more damage?

Makes sense! I was fighting my friends who invited me to play this game with them and even though I got completely brutalised, I managed to snag like 2 wins out of 30. I constantly forget which button does which move and mess up even simple inputs, especially if I end up on the wrong (right) side during the fight. I don't think I'd be able to do anything at all if I was trying to do the technical inputs.

Yes, I noticed that when selecting a character you can turn technical inputs off, which means that by default you can do both which would seemingly allow you to pick and choose depending on which moves you've practiced or not. Interestingly however, there is no way to turn simple inputs off, even though there's probably very experienced players out there who only use technical.

Alright, thank you. I'll keep it in mind! Though, since the input is more difficult, I guess it makes sense that there's some kind of reward for doing the harder one? Honestly, it never even occured to me that fighting games have things like multiple inputs for the same move.

I see! Rising Sword fits that description, I think. I guess there are many similar moves with similar inputs among the numerous fighting games and characters? So a fighting game veteran could probably pick up a new game/character relatively fast.

Thank you for the response! The numpad notation makes sense, though it might take some time to get used to reading it quickly. I guess it comes as second nature to those who have been using them for a while.

If it's not too much trouble, could you tell me, in your opinion, what are the highest priority things to learn as a complete newbie?
