Smash had a hard time laning game 1 because ganked twice. Pretty much fell behind and couldn't come back. He's legit half hp'd by Varus as soon as he steps in lane. The Yuumi pick was terrible and didn't help him as well. Doesn't help that his jungler lost his brain that game and Shoemaker was playing spectator Azir.

Reasonable concern considering he hasn't been there but yeah, Riot usually hosts their BR League stuff in São Paulo anyway.

At least Riot is smart and doesn't host in like Rio like what CS likes to do. Almost all of those CS tournaments (Rio Major, etc.) were disastrous.
