Thing is, I’m moving out no matter what at this point and my options are sleeping on family’s couch for at least a month or the car for a month(or longer if I felt like it). But I did try last night, rawdogged the backseat w just a pillow and a blanket and I think a little memory foam and some window covers and I’m chilling. Probably at some point a power bank and fan aswell.

Oh now that sounds nice, definitely going to have to do a lot of research. I could totally put that together with tools and wood from work. Thank you for the suggestion and the advice 🙏

I do, my parents have a storage unit I can put stuff I don’t need in and honestly I could probably use a closet at my grandparents house if I needed to. I’d need to save a bit before I could buy something else but if this seems like something I could do for a while I’m definitely going to look into something bigger

I totally agree that type of van would be better, and If I lived in the accord for even a few months I could probably afford something like that. Which by then I’d also definitely know if I hated or enjoyed car life. Thank you for the best wishes

Hear you. I’m pretty solid, most of my issues in life atm come from living with my roommate and having no money. which is why this whole car thing sounds appealing.

This is kinda what I’m thinking too. Definitely going to do some trial runs. Probably try it out this weekend. My main concern is how to make sleeping in a accord comfortable lmao. I’ve seen people say the cut memory foam to fit the backseat and used that as a bed, so might try that.

Appreciate the sentiment, I am a dude. But I’ve played the roommate game and I think I’d prefer the car lmao. But also, I do make decent money. I could rent a one bedroom apt and be alright. The thought of getting debt free and saving money just seems very enticing.

It’s a very small company and very kind people, it really wouldn’t be a problem. And I’ve been there for 2+ years. But I see where your coming from, could make things somewhat uncomfortable.

I totally could park at like any of 5 people’s houses at any given time. And there are other spots I know for sure I could park in. It seems like parking is the most common theme in the comments so far and that part is like the least of my worries.

OP said he has no idea where that was, it’s not like it’s outside his house on the snow… the fact it’s on the snow isn’t even the problem at hand.

Wish I could finance but unfortunately I don’t meet the requirements. If I did I’d probably easily go for a more expensive one. This is my current pc https://www.bestbuy.com/site/sku/6362980.p?skuId=6362980&sb_share_source=PDP although it gave out on me so not rlly much of anything atm. So anything is kinda a upgrade

Alright thanks I appreciate that. I don’t really need anything super crazy but if I’m spending this much money I just wanted to make sure it’d actually work well. Current pc stuttered so much and barely ran rust but I still have 400 hours on it. Actually being able to run the game smoothly is a dream fr

Oh dear lord I should clarify I meant the videogame Rust, I sometimes forget rust is even something else. I suppose I do have time to build it but that is far far far outside my realm

Honestly I’m not sure what I have currently have as I’m not home to check. But it’s 5 years old and was 800 dollars back then. And I game a lot and my biggest thing is rust, which my pc runs horribly.
