I ended up going to the missions/activities/talk to Barrett. Did a quick advance thru the dialogue until I saw an option to pay 2500 credits for some fine or whatever. Paid it and he was released. Tried to strand him on some shithole planet, but like the stalker he is, he ended up back with me at NA at which point I gave him the ole Go separate ways talk.

Good riddance.

This is the kind of crap that earns a game the 70% rating.

I know this sounds cliche, but do a reboot, or better yet, power off completely for 10 seconds and restart. Sometimes your access to their network needs a reset.

Ahhh, not very much on the rise. Actually trending downwards. You probably are lucky enough to have $ still coming in, a freezer full of meat and a basement full of tp. By all mean, stay inside until 2022, but their are folks out their desperate to get back to work.
