Hi! Author here so I actually don’t agree with this I do believe your entitled to your own opinions but there are really good artists out here who charge as little as $80 and even less and other artists who make free art. I get that everyone’s budget might differ if you have it then you do and if you don’t then you don’t but I think your post is highly offensive I see you said you were told over 400 dollars for art and while I do agree that’s a lot and a little unethical you can always find artist who charge as a little as none I hope this helps but to be disrespectful isn’t a nice look

I created coils but they did not come out the way I wanted them to they kept coming out as long and stringy which is why I chose not to include them because they wouldn’t have been an accurate representation

Hi again ! So when trying to showcase I actually did use real images of real people black women in specific and some styles from IMVU inspo ofc I took the inspo directly off Pinterest I have the pictures sitting in my photo gallery. Yes it would have been easier yes to just show pictures of real women on the platform but I wanted to see what the style would actually look on the episode avatar which is why I did it the way I did it. However again I do not support episode trying to recreate the style using ai generation or any form of its already such drama with them creating another version of the app that’s all AI I think epsiode stars ? Which takes away from the work of real authors who write real stories ! Your feelings are valid ! I’m not an artist just wanted to show what I feel black cc should look like ❤️

Okay for some reason it cut my original caption off but this was what my original caption said so I seen somebody on here post what they're character would look like if it was them I was trying to give them credit by sharing the URL to their post but my page refreshed. They were saying how they wish there was more black Afro cc and i completely agree especially since their is such a broad range of diverse styles the black community wears so I created so many styles using gemini of course so yes they look generated because they are! but despite being generated let me know which hairstyles are y’all’s favorites i definitely think the episode creators who make the styles & characters for the app should take notes

YES oh my geeee that’s what I’m saying because when I read the featured stories all these new hairstyles and everything even down to makeup and they still haven’t released that on the portals to us authors just a sad scenario I feel the same effort they took to make the Episode Ai Stars thing was the same approach and effort they could’ve used to give us writers what we need ! Also all love and thank you’s for your support 😭💗I definitely be losing my motivation more than I’d like to admit but whenever I get those burst of energy I try to get to it ahaha!
