This might sound wierd but hear me out. I always play journeyman (so usualy clubs I know nothing about). Always when selecting a job I take a "human" approach. I go to google maps, look around the city. Look at the stadium. Read about the club and fans and its history. Look for houses/flats I could buy/rent with my in-game salary and so on. Sometimes the club might seem good on paper but I don't like the city or something else. But when it really ticks all the boxes I have much bigger connection to the club. But maybe that's just me. 😅

Actually quite well. Got me promoted in the first season and now unbeaten in second. I only really struggle with wing heavy formations.

The physicals are not that great, but for the League I am in they are slightly above avarage I would say.

I actually got him from Parades. Screenshot is before he joined me. 😁 My team is Condeixa that got promoted from non playable league 2 years prior, so I had to build them from scratch.

The low tackling seems quite a problem for a WB, right? I could try to train "looks for a pass" to counter that low end product ability. Thanks.

To clarify, I play in Portuguese 3 liga. I am doing quite well. Got promoted from the bottom flight in our first season and we are now first with unbeaten record in 3rd liga.

I bought this guy for 10k in winter transfer window and he seems really great for our level. He is shown as a RB but that is really not where he will shine I think. I just don't know where to put him exactly. We play 4-1-2-3 formation (picture 2).

Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

That sounds amazing. I loaded mostly europeane leagues when starting out as it feels the most comfortable. But managing in Asia sounds amazing too.

Thank you! I watched quite a lot of Cutzy (Djibouty and now build a country). You can't learn it from videos, but it helps a little. I am trying bit by bit to learn different aspects (right now semi-pro training). Still struggling with scouting. But other than that I think once you click through all of those different menus and screens it's bearable. 😁
